The Temporary Rotating Art Program at Portland International Airport (PDX) provides a portal into the dynamic cultural life of our region.
Through ongoing relationships with professional regional artists, arts organizations, art museums, and galleries, the PDX Art Program provides a showcase for artwork that reflects the values of the Port of Portland and the region we serve.
Rotating Exhibitions: Within Portland International Airport, there are currently eleven (11) designated exhibition areas featuring artwork by professional regional artists/teams (living and working in Oregon and Washington State).
The exhibition areas rotate biannually and annually are located within the terminal post-security within Concourse B, Concourse B/C Connector, Concourse Connector North and South ends, Concourse D, Concourse E Extension, as well as pre-security exhibition areas in the PACR Rental Car Lobby and the TCORE Art Gallery on the Mezzanine.
Two (2) additional pre-security exhibition locations include:
North and South Pedestrian Tunnels: These exhibit spaces feature 2D exhibitions of regional cultural special interest. The exhibits are located on the north wall of the South Pedestrian Tunnel and the south wall of the North Pedestrian Tunnel leading from PDX’s parking structure towards the escalators to and from Baggage Claim.
